Medical Review Board
MedGuideGlobal keeps a short, explicit register of clinicians who may be shown as the medical reviewer of a page. Only a person on that register can appear as a named reviewer anywhere on this site, and only on the individual pages where a review was actually recorded.
Registered medical reviewers
- Dr. Roshan Basnet — MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine). Reviewer profile.
- Dr. Rina Basnet — MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine). Directory entry.
Each entry shows the name and the qualifications held on record, and nothing further. No additional title, registration number, employer, or specialty is asserted here. A page that carries no named reviewer has not been reviewed by any of these clinicians.
How clinical review works
Editorial approval and medical review are separate controls, and both are recorded per page rather than claimed site-wide. A clinical page must cite specific authoritative references, pass the site’s automated quality and rendering checks, and clear its release gate before publication. A named reviewer is displayed only when a registered clinician completed a review of that specific page version.
Review can cover medicine or condition identity, intended uses and their limits, dosage and administration context, contraindications, interactions, adverse effects, pregnancy and other special-population considerations, urgent-care language, and whether the cited references genuinely support the statements they follow.
A reviewer can require revision, restrict indexing, or block release. A review date must reflect a real completed review; it is never copied from a publication, import, optimisation, or deployment timestamp.
What this board does not do
The review board improves the accuracy and safety of educational material. It does not provide personal medical advice, diagnose, prescribe, validate a dose for an individual, or confirm that a medicine combination is safe for a particular person. A generic label such as “medical team” is never a substitute for a named clinical reviewer, and the existence of this page is not evidence that any given article was reviewed.
Report an error or ask about a review
To question a reviewer attribution, a review date, or a clinical statement, use the contact page and include the page URL. The full rules are in the medical review policy and the corrections policy.
